Really enjoyed the call, have done the figures for the next 5 years to reach my goal amount over time and this years target looks much more achievable than it has felt for a long time.
Unfortunately I had some problems mid call, and had to call in on another phone line as I had done it via Skype, and for some reason got cut off when you were talking about the script to use for booking in the free treatment, so looking foward to the recording and the transcript.

Sorry I didn't get to speak to you was away for the weekend. I was blown away by the first class and have already implemented the free treatments while I was away. I am interested in client retention and loyalty as I feel this is where my weaknesses are. I also love number crunching so am looking at ways to increase client numbers by at least 5 per day, so any help here would be great. Look forward to hearing you on the 5th.

Business is still coming in since sending out the free offer, and I have had the busiest 2 weeks in months, 12 treatments this week, up from 5 last week, which was up from 2 the 2 weeks before that. On average I have done about 3.5 treatments a week this tax year, so a jump up to 12 is incredible! Thank you
