Can I start with VIP membership and upgrade to VIP Deluxe later?
Of course. If you'd like to start with VIP membership and upgrade to VIP Deluxe membership later you are more than welcome to do so. Just sign up for the VIP membership and when you are ready, you can just log on and upgrade your account to VIP Deluxe.
Note - to upgrade, just log on, then click on 'My Subscriptions' and 'Renew'. You'll then get a list of memberships available. Just click on VIP Deluxe and you'll be taken to PayPal to enter your subscription.

I already have a website. Can I get VIP Deluxe Membership?
Yes. If you don't want to keep your current website, we will just replace it with your new website. You will still get to to keep the same email addresses and the same website address. If you would rather keep your current website, we can just make you a new one on a different address.
What will happen after I've signed up for VIP Membership?
Once you've signed up you will be able to log into the website using your username and password you choose when you register. A new menu will 'magically' appear on the left hand side of the page. At the top of this will be 'My VIP Membership'. If you click on this you will be able to download all your tools for the month and also see the dates for the next masterclass.
What happens after I signed up for VIP Dexlue Membership?

If you click on this you will see instructions for what information you need to give us so we can create your website (list of your treatments, lists of your team members, your products etc).

I've signed up, what do I do now??
Login using the login box on the left hand side of the page. You'll then see a new menu appear at the top left hand side of the page where all your options for your membership will be.
How long will creating my website take?
It really depends on how quickly you can give us all the information we need. Depending on exactly what you are wanting, it normally takes us 2-3 weeks from when we get all your information. Then you might want to review or change things. So in total we suggest allowing 4-6 weeks. But the quicker you can give us all your information, the better!
What information do you need from me to create my website?
Once you've signed up you'll find full step-by-step instructions on this in your private membership area (your logged in area). A rough guide however is:
- A list of 5 websites you like and 5 that you don't like and why (this helps us ENORMOUSLY in making sure we create a website you like. PLEASE please please do this step!!)
- A list of your team members and any photos/blurbs/qualifications etc you'd like on the site for each person
- Your price list
- Your product lists and whether you'd like them just listed or whether you'd like them available for people to purchase online.
- Wording for any other pages you might want
I really want a site but I don't have all the information collated yet!?
Don't worry. Just take it step by step. Once you've signed up start with having a surf of the internet and telling us 5 websites you like and 5 websites you don't like. This helps us start designing a 'look' that we know you will like. Then just send us the rest of the information as you get it. We don't need everything all at once. It is absolutely fine to 'drip feed' it to us. In fact, if we are really busy this is actually helpful for us in managing our workload!!
Will my site look like everyone elses?
Categorically not! While we do have templates for the 'structure' part of the site (how it works, how it sends emails for you, how the shopping cart works...) we design the 'look' part individually for each and every client. Your website will have YOUR colours and your logo. It will look individual to your business.
How do you offer websites so cheaply?
We have spent alot of time creating templates for the structure part of the websites. This is all the backend, tech stuff that you don't see. It is usually the most time consuming part of creating a website but we have set it up so we can reuse this structure template again and again. This cuts our costs enormously and we pass this saving directly back on to you.
That said, we do the design individually for each and every client. So while the structure part (how the site works, how it sends emails for you, how the shopping cart works etc...) is the same for everyone, the 'look' part is different for everyone. So your website ends up being very cost effective but also very individual! A perfect solution we think :)
Why should I pay a monthly fee for my website?
The monthly membership fee you pay for your website (VIP Deluxe Membership) includes weekly emails going out to your clients, the entire VIP membership PlUS your website.
We know that £69 per month is expensive for just a website. And we make no excuses for this. Because we are not just offering you a website for this monthly fee. We are also offering you a membership which will help you increase the profitability of your business plus emails that will get your regular clients coming back and back. So you aren't just paying a monthly hosting fee, you are paying for an incredibly powerful membership which can dramatically change your business for the better.
Can I move my website to a different web host?
Unfortunately not.
The reason we are able to create such good websites so cheaply is that we use the same 'structure template' for each client. The 'look' part is different for each person so your website will always look individual but the tech/backend part of it is all templated.
This means that we can't give you the tech part of it to move elsewhere. And without this, the site doesn't work.
If you have a membership with us and you wish to cancel it, we would be sad to loose you but you are welcome to do so. You own all your client records (your email database) so we would email this to you. We would also email you any images that you have supplied (ie ones that you own) plus your logo. If you wish to do so, you can of course give these to a different web designer and they can create you something on a different web host but since we own the structure part and it is integral to our business, we would not email this to you to move elsewhere.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes.
We would be sorry to see you leave but if you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so by just emailing us. Do remember though that your membership is paid for one month in advance by paypal subscription. So you no matter when you cancel you'll still have right up until when your next payment was due to enjoy your membership.
Please also note that while we always try to process cancellation requests as quickly as possible, it can sometimes take us 2-3 days to do so. So if you wish to cancel, please allow us a few days to process this.
